Using a specialist long distance company such as Alfa Cars Taxi Services, rather than a normal Taxi company makes life much easier for our customers. Basically, as we do this daily. 

 Mobile phones are such a great tool when you’re not on Facebook and WhatsApp is the best tool for meeting customers at busy airports. 

 1, You receive meeting information from the driver

 2, You can text, call, send a voice note and…

 3, If you have your picture on the WhatsApp account the driver can see who they are looking for and the customer can also see who they are looking to meet. 

 To keep cost down we try and to stay outside the airport as long as possible, so we track the aircraft and we dispatch ourselves in due time, the customer will normally then send the driver a WhatsApp or text message when landed, and the driver will ready themselves to move into position. Once the customer has their bags and is through customs, they normally then send a second message, and the driver will bring the car into the car park and meet the customer at the pre-determined meeting location. 

 This is the best and fastest way, but if you have no access to technology then the driver will meet you the old way with a sign in arrivals.
